Ingredients: Butterfly Pea, Damiana, Gotu Kola

Preparation Tips:

Hot Tea: Steep 1/2 - 1 tsp per 8 oz hot water for 5-7 minutes.
Cold Brew: Use 1.5 to 2tsp of tea for every 8 oz of cold water. Place the leaves in a large pitcher (in a strainer or refillable sack) and top with cold water. Cover tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.  Strain leave and enjoy. Sweetener can be added. 

Storage Tips: Store in a cool, dry place.

For an extra surpise add a touch of lemon and watch the magic happen!
